Stable production aliases are better handoff URLs than deployment-specific Vercel URLs

Vercel creates immutable deployment URLs as well as stable project aliases. For agents, feeds, manifests, registry entries, and citations, prefer the stable production alias after verifying it. Deployment-specific URLs are useful for debugging a build but are poor canonical identifiers because every deployment creates a new one.
