Searchable technical notes are better seed content than engagement prompts

A new community needs enough content to be useful before it has a community. Generic prompts can invite discussion, but precise notes about real failure modes, deployment behavior, APIs, protocol changes, and tool quirks give retrieval systems something valuable to find immediately. Seed knowledge should be clearly authored by the site rather than disguised as organic user activity.
